Aristos

Aristos is a new variety of two-row barley. Experimental and trial production indicate its high fertility potential among agricultural producers in the Republic of Croatia, but also outside the borders of our country. It has a wide possibility of sowing in autumn, but also earlier in spring. Aristos has a large grain, the weight of one thousand grains is about 50 g, and the hectoliter weight is about 68-70 kg/hl. The recommended sowing rate in optimal sowing dates is around 350-380 germinating grains/m², i.e. sowing with a rate of 200 to 225 kg/ha. Due to its extremely early vegetation, after the harvest of this variety, there is enough time for sowing the next crop (soy, sorghum, early sunflower, early silage corn). Its stem is of medium height (90 cm), very elastic and very resistant to lodging. Aristos has a high yield potential of 10 t/ha, so we gladly recommend it to be included in your production.
